Hail and Well Met!
My name is Edward, Chieftain and Góði of the Blóðravn Kindred. I have been Chieftaingóði of the Kindred since October 21st, 2022.
My role is to guide the mechanics and heartbeat of the Kindred, with a voice representing our kindred spirits in worship to the gods and honor to the old ways from a 21st century perspective. You may see me out and about on our many social media pages and groups always willing to share a good conversation about things that matter!
I am a beekeeper and blacksmith, and invoke the blessings of Beyla and Frey with each time I inspect my colonies, and the power of Þór with each hammer blow. I welcome Odin and his wisdom, and temper it with moral standards fortified with a modern affirmation to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
I'm Marleen, the Kindred Dawncaller. I've been a practicing heathen since September of 2022; following a winding journey of deconstruction from Christianity beginning in 2018. I was introduced to Asatru in 2021 by my husband. It was not easy at first, but the more I learned, the more I gradually identified with heathenism. I am very proud of the growth and healing this journey has brought me.
Currently, I predominantly venerate Tyr, Frigg, and Freyja, and less often Skadi, Sif, and Hel. My spirituality is rooted mostly in my roles as woman, wife, and mother. I'm a stay at home mom, and I homeschool my kids. I also am a beekeeper, along with my husband.
My name is Kelly, and I’m honored to serve as the Kindred Tribesman. My spiritual journey began with deconstruction in 2016, and since 2020, I have found a deep connection with Asatru.
My faith is rooted in honoring the divine feminine, with a special devotion to Frigg, Freya, Hel, and Idunn. Of course, the gods also hold an important place in my heart—Thor and Tyr, in particular, are guiding lights in my practice. As a caretaker and hearth builder, I believe in leading through service and creating understanding through shared connections.
Whether it’s in my role as a teacher, a nerd with a passion for learning, or as a wife and mother of nearly 34 years, I strive to embody these values in every aspect of my life. I am here to ensure your needs within the Kindred are met and to support you on your path. Together, we can build a strong, connected community.
Hello there! My name is Ray, and I’m the Lawspeaker for the Blóðravn Kindred. I’m an experienced community builder, maintainer, and moderator.
My path to Asatru was a long one, with many stops along the way in traditions that never quite clicked with me. I was a solo practitioner for a long while before a chance meet-up and connection over music put my wife (Asra) and I in touch with the Kindred in its first stages of growth.
I primarily revere Þórr, Iðunn, and Hel.
